Azalea Capital Invests in IVIZE Services, Inc.

January 12, 2011: Azalea Capital is pleased to announce the successful acquisition and recapitalization of Ivize Services, Inc., an industry leader in litigation support services. Azalea's investment will allow the Company to pursue several growth plans which include broadening its e-Discovery technology offering and investing in key personnel. This is Azalea's third investment from its third investment fund, Azalea Fund III, LP.

Ivize Services, Inc., headquartered in Atlanta, GA, is one of the nation's leading providers of litigation support, electronic data discovery, and related services, including data forensics and collections, imaging, coding, and reprographics. It supports law firms, corporations, and government entities to prepare for and respond to their most critical discovery and litigation needs, while committing to the highest defensibility, quality, and cost-efficiency standards. Established in 1995, Ivize serves 14 markets with a state-of-the-art data center in Kansas City and two hosting partner sites, along with some of the industry's foremost experts.
 
To complete this transaction, Azalea partnered with Mr. Ron Self, CEO of Ivize, and Mr. Mark Marmon, CFO.  With this new capital investment, Ivize will strengthen its capability to locally deliver superior electronic discovery, processing and hosting services, while maintaining excellent support for  its clients' paper-based imaging needs.
