Greenville, SC (January 12, 2011) – Azalea Capital is pleased to announce the successful acquisition and recapitalization of Ivize Services, Inc., an industry leader in litigation support services. Azalea’s investment will allow the Company to pursue several growth plans which include broadening its e-Discovery technology offering and investing in key personnel.  This is Azalea's third investment from its third investment fund, Azalea Fund III, LP.

Ivize Services, Inc., headquartered in Atlanta, GA, is one of the nation’s leading providers of litigation support, electronic data discovery, and related services, including data forensics and collections, imaging, coding, and reprographics.
