Simultaneous to the acquisition, Azalea merged Star Packaging with existing portfolio company Master Packaging, Inc. Sunbelt Chemicals Corp. is a custom packager and distributor of both branded and private label chemicals for the consumer market and has operations in Florida and Texas. Company products include swimming pool chemicals, windshield washer fluid, cleaners, degreasers, and solvents. Sunbelt provides products on a just-in-time basis to major retailers, home improvement stores, swimming pool supply distributors, auto parts stores, and hardware supply distributors throughout the U.S. Azalea partnered with Mr. Michael L. Bailey, a thirty-year industry veteran, and existing management to recapitalize this business in May 2007.

ETAK Systems, Inc. located in Charlotte, NC provides DC power installations, battery maintenance/testing, and engineering services to the wireless communications industry. Azalea partnered with existing management and Mr. Leon J. Hensen, a seasoned cellular industry executive, to recapitalize this business in December 2007.

Canterbury Engineering Company, and its sister company, Genca are the nation’s leading suppliers of engineered parts used by manufacturers of plastic and rubber products. Their products consist of replacement parts and include feed screws, barrels, cross heads, and tooling for wire and cable, medical tubing, and plastic pipe and hose extrusion, as well as feed screws and barrels for injection molding. Azalea partnered with existing ownership to recapitalize the business in March 2003.

Industrial Specialty Fabrics, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of engineered, wide woven substrates to the mechanical rubber goods (MRG) market, primarily to the conveyor belt industry, with a focus in the heavy industrial (mining) segment. Azalea created Industrial Specialty Fabrics, Inc. in early 2001 to consummate the acquisition of substantially all the assets and specified operating liabilities of the Industrial Products Division of WesTek, Inc., located in Hogansville, GA.

Tekgraf Corporation, Greenville, SC, is a value added, master distributor of advanced computer graphics technologies with sales offices, warehouses, and demonstration facilities located throughout the United States. In December 2001, Azalea partnered with the existing management team of the Channels division of Centiv, Inc. to purchase the Channels division.

Power Equipment Maintenance provides maintenance and repair services to major power producing utilities and industrial clients, as well as major power generation and industrial OEMs. Services include turbine-generator inspection and repair, turnkey projects, long-term and shut down staff augmentation, equipment installation, refurbishment, and relocation. Azalea partnered with existing management to recapitalize the business in February 2003.

Spartan Foods of America, Inc. manufactures and distributes gourmet pizza crusts and ready-made pancakes, both of which are sold under the Mama Mary's® brand name at some 20,000 retail locations throughout the U.S. Spartan also makes frozen pizza crusts and frozen pancake products, which are distributed through various institutional, food service, and vending channels in the U.S. In addition, Spartan Foods distributes a premium line of frozen retail pizzas under the Mystic Pizza brand name. Azalea partnered with management to recapitalize this business in March 2005.

ISO Poly Films, Inc., Gray Court, SC, is a custom extruder of polyolefin film for critical applications, serving customers throughout the United States. Azalea has been involved with the company since its inception in late 1997, and in January 2001, Azalea provided growth equity for this growing industrial business.

SAGE Automotive Interiors, Inc., headquartered in Greenville, SC, is a leading designer and manufacturer of automotive body cloth - seating fabric, door panels, and headliners.  The Company serves major Original Equipment Manufacturers,such as GM, Toyota, Ford, Honda, Chrysler, Nissan, and Hyundai/Kia.  SAGE has a broad global presence with manufacturing assets located in five plants in North America (SC & GA)and one in Brazil, with additional contract manufacturing arrangements in Europe, Japan, and China.  In September 2009, Azalea partnered with management to purchase SAGE from Milliken & Co., where it was known as the Automotive Body Cloth Division.
