Landscapers Supply Hires New CEO

Azalea Capital is pleased to announce the recent addition of Mr. Paul Ambrose as CEO of Landscapers Supply, a portfolio company of Azalea’s most recent investment fund.   Mr. Ambrose is a graduate of the University of South Carolina, with 20+ years of experience in the landscape supply and nursery industry.  Most recently he served as the President and CEO of Jackson & Perkins, Park Seed, Wayside Gardens and Van Dykes, which are nationally known growers and distributors of roses, plants, and exclusive varieties of garden seeds located in Greenwood, SC.  Prior to leading Jackson & Perkins and Parks, Mr. Ambrose founded, grew, and successfully exited Yardiac.com, an online E-commerce retailer of nursery and landscaping products.

Mr. Ambrose conveyed, “I am thrilled to join the Landscapers Supply team.  Since 1991, the company has been serving the commercial and residential landscaping needs of Upstate South Carolina and we look forward to expanding the business into other regions of South Carolina, as well as Western North Carolina, and Northern Georgia.  In addition, we look forward to expanding our already extensive product offerings, while maintaining our commitment to excellence in serving our customers.  We are also looking to expand our team with service-oriented professionals that have a passion for the landscaping and hardware business.”
